Academics

Overview

We believe in going the extra step to ensure our students are successful at the next level in their education.  We also believe that to truly be successful in the competitive, modern world, students must begin to cultivate their skills early.  CCHS offers not only core courses, but also challenging and unique electives with the expectation that students will be successful in their chosen fields once they arrive at college. Our curriculum includes over 60 courses in more than 25 fields of study, including Engineering, Web Design, Costume Design, Economics, Psychology, Marketing, Biology and more!

Future business executives can tackle German, French or Spanish for international business professions. Future scientists can delve into the recesses of science in AP Chem lab. Aspiring Broadway performers can perfect dance technique, while designers create sets and costumes.

The beauty of our curriculum is it's also beneficial for students that are still discovering their passions. Our wide range of courses means students can try, experience and discover until they find their God-given purpose.

1-to-1 Technology

Our 1-to 1 Program provides each student with a personal laptop upon enrollment to use for classroom projects and homework assignments. CCHS students use technology in every aspect of their academic lives from Spanish to Physics class. Integrating technology into our classes is one way we ensure our Cougars are prepared for the future.
